Word up to my Richmond crew! The James River Writers Series has invited me to speak on a panel called Me, Myself & I: Writing the Memoir on August 27th, and with the lovely and talented Anne Thomas Soffee, no less. I am so excited to travel to the RVA again, and to meet the author of Nerd Girl Rocks Paradise City. It feels as if she may have had the metal parallel experience of my punk one; plus she’s a writer, so I suspect a kindred spirit there. I hope I’m right. Details about the date are here.
